Loose is the owner/operator of a hot air balloon in 1800s Bluff City. She is 6ft tall.
It is a family business, and has been catching things falling off balloons since she was six. Her father owned a hot air balloon, and her mother was a balloon walker (walking between two hot air balloons). Despite this legacy, she has a very relaxed attitude about ballooning.
Her hot air balloon is spherical in shape, with classic red white and blue stripes and the words "loose is goose" on the side with a chariot and a cherub cloud.
