Captain Flashback is a captain of The Herringbone Flotilla. She came from the sleep detachment before Morning's Observation's and then deserted the New Earth Hegemony to become a pirate.[1]
Appearance
Captain Flashback's appearance is based off a tweet of artist WineQ(圈9). WineQ(圈9)'s outfit is a long dress made of layers of translucent black and shiny purple material, with a black leather corset and a headpiece shaped like dragons (possibly dragoons), and Captain Flashback's is the same, except it's made of brown leather and brown cloth rather than the black and purple in the reference. She also has WineQ(圈9)'s cool face tattoo, which is two purple rectangles running down from the right eye like tears.[1]
