He is a sickly pale yellow-green Drakkan with a pair of pince-nez. He wears a black wide-brimmed hat and a long black coat you might mistake for robes, and carries a doctor's bag.
He boarded the Jade Moon at Bridge Cathedral, and thence provides medical services to those onboard.
