The 21st Voluntary Composite Division is a large Stel Columnar military unit on Partizan. Kenzington “Kenzi” Be was once a member. At some time in the past, it was selected to be the vanguard of the Divine Asepsis, an act which lead Kenzi to rebel, and to her demotion.[1] Unlike most other Stels, Columnar doesn’t segregate Hallow and Hollow units, and instead assigns Hallow pilots to officer roles in combined arms divisions like this one.[2]
