Emaline Eccles is a former Curtain member, communications engineer, and the steward of the Witch in Glass. She has big glasses and wears her hair in a bun.
Clementine encounters her after shooting down the Nideo ship Snow in Summer, which had been hijacked by Curtain spies disguised as Pact members. Clem spares her life (unlike the other two agents), and Emaline ends up choosing to follow her.
She has a horrifying cybernetically modified dog-hyena alien as a pet, which she has somehow tamed.
