The Marchmont Mountains is an alpine region known for its idyllic atmosphere. It was first created for Shooting the Moon as a circa-20th century fantasy setting and revisited in All Year Round, There is Work to Do. It is one of the live game backdrops incorporated in Tableau, where its main town of Nievelmarch is home to player character Odette Van Ives.
