The Devotees or Friends of Devotion are a strange cult which has infiltrated the Brink. C.T.H. Pasadoble is a leading member. The Orchard Syndicate is a front organization for them.
Their modus operandi appears to be luring people to meetings through social manipulation, after which the people disappear for a while. When they return, they act strangely, seeming uninterested in former friends and family, and sometimes have strange devices on their arms. Members are known to check their pulse at regular intervals as if following a set schedule.
