The Mills is an industrial district in southeastern Rosemerrow.
Description
Named for its windmills that provide power to mill grain and operate some heavy equipment, the Mills is mostly a factory district which caters to businesses based elsewhere, with some exceptions. The Major Crimes Division located here acts both as a local police force and as one with jurisdiction across the city.
