Lounge is a semi-dive bar in Countinghouse in Blough City. It operates 24 hours.

Lounge has a big display of movie monster masks in the window, which are good quality but are faded and falling apart. As you enter, there is a poster that says "whispers and words only" (by "words" they mean hand-written notes, similar to the operation of CD-BAR).
