Mrs Pearson is the mother of Nolan Pearson.
Her parenting style is described as "lax to a point", and she and Nolan seem to have a positive relationship (despite her grounding him indefinitely). She and Nolan say "spaghetti's ready" when dinner is ready (no matter what food they're actually having), as an inside joke/reference to a show they watched together when Nolan was younger.
She has a great memory which she refers to as "the Pearson vault", although it is easier for her to get caught up remembering small details rather than the larger picture of a situation.
When seen in To Be Young Near the Shore, she is described as having big curly hair, big glasses, and wearing a pink denim shirt tucked into jeans.
