The Holiday Gambit is an Apostolisian pirate vessel that crash landed on Quire 26623 years ago. Carrying the Gnosis Virus, it caused the "Glassed Age" on Quire, a period of great stability and growth. The descendants of the crew of the Holiday Gambit - and in particular, its captain, Sciron - went on to be part of the Quire royal family, and their number includes Iota Pretense.
While exploring the mists on Quire, Echo Reverie found the Holiday Gambit with the help of a grass snake, and took use of it as their own ship. They also took a cybernetic eyepatch from its hold.[1]
The ship was retaken by Iota one year after the Miracle.[2]
