Fela Malle is Ordenna's top military leader, the general in charge of the Ordennan Impetus. During the investigation of the possible death of Gilbert Lutz, he is off the shores of Rosemerrow aboard the Sapphire Song. Following Ordenna's invasion of Marielda, he has risen to an even higher position.
