Count Aram Nideo is a religious official who directly oversees ⸢Signet⸣'s work with the church.[1]
Appearance
When ⸢Signet⸣ met with Nideo in "The Beloved Dust", he was wearing a muted green robe, a headwrap that opens up to a cylinder running left to right atop his head, and facepaint.
The walls of their office are covered in printed fabrics which soften the hard surfaces, but are not especially colorful.[1]
