Crispy Boon is a “teeny tiny” boy around 5 or 6 years old.
When seen in America’s Playground, he is dressed in suspenders, button up shirt, and a jacket over his shoulder “like an adult”, with pomade-styled hair, styled very nicely by something else to make him seem more presentable. Despite this, he seems like “a little baby crime boy”.
