Mirlande was a Star-Touched agent of the Free Seas of Kay'va.
She was killed in a train crash outside Bell Metal Station while on her way to extract Akule Polyte from Blackwick.
Before her death, she had obtained a letter to Calen fel Dynestia incriminating him in some fishy business, and intended to investigate.
