The Lux Vox Data Research Center is a Diasporan organization based off of Vox. It is associated with the Divine Loyalty but is being secretly influenced by the September Institute’s Divine Voice (and possibly Stratus agents of the Institute).[1][2] They're described as "holier-than-thou…political wonks".[1] In the faction game Lux Vox is nearly synonymous with Loyalty and Kobus.
In "This Month Of Ours" they're seen initiating a proxy war with the DDMR: Slate Division and Service using mercenaries, as the DDMR are their ideological enemies. At the same time, the September Institute buys out media outlets on Vox, but uses Voice to convince Loyalty and the rest of Lux Vox not to be concerned.[1]
By "The Broken Branch" Ibex's history with Lux Vox and Kobus due to the time he spent as a hero on Vox in the wake of the Golden War is revealed. At this point, Lux Vox is totally incorporated into the Righteous Vanguard.[3]
