Herc Verandanza is a Bluff City sports bookie who uses his connections to make contact with high rollers in the casinos of Bluff City. He often operates out of The Double Tilt Arcade. Although his surname is spelt differently, he is a member of the Veranda Family, as he is from an era before they had changed their name to a more anglo-sounding surname.
