Carlay de la Carta is an assassin for the Ordennan Impetus and a spy for the Ordennan Dissent.
Appearance[edit | edit source]
Carlay has pretty, fine features and a square chin. They look as if they could be related to Hella, with her same brown skin and red hair.
They dress in the black and gold of Ordenna, and have the clothes of a courtier rather than a soldier.
