This Apokine was the Apokine before Dahlia. They rescued Dahlia, the Kesh heir, who had been kidnapped by the Farmer. The Apokine pledged to raise Dahlia until they reached adulthood, and then return them to Kesh. However, they may have eventually granted Dahlia permission to take the position of Apokine.
As Dahlia's adoptive parent, they're also the parent of Cas'alear Rizah.
