Twinbrook is a small town on the road from Velas to Rosemerrow. As the name implies, the town is between two bodies of water, the Cloud River and the Rose River. The town is home to a healthy fishing and fish processing industry, as well as an unsavory bar known as The Greasy Snifter. Their construction of a dam has led to conflicts with the mothkin of Old Man's Chin. In Twinbrook, people with criminal connections wear coats with really wide lapels.
