Skelton Knaggs is a pirate king who commands a "fearsome flotilla" on Palisade. He is the leader of Carmine Bight.[1]

Personality[edit | edit source]
He is a ringleader and a tactician, reminiscent of any great historical pirate lord who commanded a pirate army.[2]
History and Involvement[edit | edit source]
Skelton Knaggs commands a fleet of pirates as Carmine Bight's leader.[1] Four other captains work under him, including Iklins Slinger, Knaggs' loyal first mate and vanguard. When crews in his fleet recover treasure, they bring it to Knaggs, who distributes it.[2]
Like the other Cause faction leaders, he is named in Stargrave Elcessor's ultimatum.[3]
