Antonina Juris is one of the aides of the Witch in Glass (along with Emaline Eccles and Ernst Sweemey) and a member of the city council of the Crown of Glass.

She's described briefly in PARTIZAN as a long faced,[1] tall, thin[2] woman possibly serving as the Witch's spymaster or chancellor.[1]

In "City Planning Department", her goal was to protect people through the system, which led to her deciding to break the capital strike by creating a CEO labor camp.
