Doctor J is the doctor in Eversin who runs a small clinic.

He knew Wine before the invasion of the Bontive Valley by the Curtain, and when Wine returned with aid from Millennium Break, Doctor J worked with Ce Gull to get the clinic restocked with various local medicines, as well as supplies brought in from off-world.
