C.T.H. Pasodoble is the leader of the cult of Devotees aboard the Brink. Pasodoble is an outwardly unassuming man, but skilled at charm and manipulation.
His face cast is Hamish Linklater as he appears in "corporate" roles such as Larue Dollard in Fargo. He wears a button-up shirt with the top button undone, and wears the Devotion shield symbol on his cufflinks.
