Jocelyn Highsmith is the aunt of Ronny Lee Highsmith Jr. Ronny and his parents are staying with her in her cramped apartment while Ronny Lee Highsmith Sr is receiving medical treatment.
She previously worked as a civil engineer before starting a job at with Blossom Investigations which required her to work "weird hours". After the events of To Be Young Near The Shore, she brought her nephew into the business.
Her work uniform includes a heavy tarmac jacket with the Atlantic City Airfield logo on it.
