The Hellmann Sisters Boating Shop is located on Kingfish Pier in Bluff City during the 1800s. It is owned and operated by the Hellmann sisters as a front to cover for their secret invention of mayonnaise. Neither sister knows much about boating, which leads many local residents to be suspicious of the Hellmann sisters.
The sisters would later go on to collaborate with another party to create saltwater taffy which tastes like an energy drink. This flavour would later be used to create the flavour of Red Bull, and a sample of the taffy would later be procured by Absolute Pluperfect as part of their memorabilia collection.[1]
The sisters, played by Jack de Quidt and Janine Hawkins, are not given first names in the episode in which they appear.
Their name is a reference to the Hellmann brand of mayonnaise. Austin jokes that the Hellmann Sisters succeed in inventing mayonnaise, but their recipe is stolen by their cousin.
