The Organized CommTech Workers of Quire, or OCOMM, are a faction based on Gift-3. Specializing in telecommunications, they are a labor union known for their horrifying Ocelli robots and their association with the Advent Group, having been part of the deal in order to pass a communications cable through the stitch between Gift-3 and Brighton.
