Old Ben is the owner of a pawn shop in Bluffington Beach.
He knows Nolan Pearson's mom well enough that he will call her if he believes something has come into the shop that Nolan might be interested in for him to play with (provided the item is not fragile). He will sometimes charge Nolan one dollar in order to play with the item.
