Harry Houdini aka Horseface is an associate of the Nebraska Family, although he has close enough ties to Hollis Whitaker that Hollis offered to hide him after an altercation involving the Blough City PD.

Harry was born in Blough City, and grew up in the outer, more rural area to the north of the city.

He is someone who "gets things done", working on the pumping location of The Tunnel Project.

He has been arrested multiple times, possibly as a result of his association with the Nebraska Family, although it is possible he has superpowers as one of his aliases is Quickster (he can "get places fast").

He is described as a small, thin man with “kind of a small face” that “gets longer”.
