County Sans-Soleil is a woodworker working in the Red House shopping district. He is an impetuous young Black Slack who believes no one should put their interests before the community's, and needs the truth from Lilith about why she's part of the community and if she really wants to be there.
Appearance
County is in his early twenties, with dark skin, short cropped hair, and a bit of a paunch. He still wears black slacks (even though they're beginning to go out of style under Samot's rule) with an unbuttoned shirt and tank top. When working in the factories, County wears a large metal collar with the symbol of Samot on it.
