City Planning Department is a game by Kaelan Doyle-Myerscough, Andrew Tran, Alex Dawson, William Wu, Paul Geldart, and Raul Altosaar, about being tasked with planning and growing a city. Friends at the Table used the game for the Road to PALISADE in "The Road to PALISADE 20: City Planning Department".
For whatever reason, you have been tasked with planning and growing a city within the boundaries given to you by whoever is in charge elsewhere.
