Councilman Ail Esale Ort is a member of the Bluff City Council and the Bluff City Zoo board. He has recently taken on a managerial role as Councilman in Charge of Public Zoos, replacing Ms Sloane. Little else is known about him at this time.
Ort recently fired Dax Leopard from job as small mammals keeper after too many of the animals were lost.
