Angel is a floor manager for Ka-Ching Casino Repair in post-apocalyptic Bluffington Beach.
He doesn’t like throwing out his food scraps inside as it attracts bugs, and so takes any leftovers outside to throw away in an outdoor dumpster.

He wears a polo shirt which reads ‘CaChing FLOOR MANAGER’ on the front of it.
