Yam is a white sentient Torch Unit, who lives and works in the Ark-en-Ciel Amovement Park.

Like Garlic, they are fluent in sign language, but unlike Garlic, they are also able to communicate through speech. This is thanks to an experimental speech unit installed by Gig Kep-hart.

They have a small emblem of a yam stenciled onto their shoulder plate.^[1]
