Jocelyn Highsmith is the aunt of Ronny Lee Highsmith Jr. Ronny and his parents are staying with her in her cramped apartment while Ronny Lee Highsmith Sr is receiving medical treatment.
She previously worked as a civil engineer, and recently started a job at with Blossum Investigations which requires her to work "weird hours". Her work uniform includes a heavy tarmac jacket with the Atlantic City Airfield logo on it.
