Lucia Whitestar is a high-ranking general in Stel Kesh, a member of House Whitestar, and the daughter of Cynosure Whitestar-Kesh.[1]
Appearance
She wears a black military jacket with red leggings and gold trim.[2]
History and Involvement
Lucia is Clementine’s peer, an emerging strategic genius, and eighth in line to the throne of the Princept. She leads the operation to breach Fort Icebreaker.[3] She takes some offense to A.O. Rooke's claim that the Rapid Evening could break the Apostolos line of defense.

Based on the context, with the cast audibly checking before saying she's his daughter, it is assumed this is the correct version of the family tree.
