Lucia Whitestar is a high-ranking general in Stel Kesh and a member of House Whitestar. She is Clementine’s peer, an emerging strategic genius, and eighth in line to the throne of Princept. She leads the operation to breach Fort Icebreaker.^[1] She takes some offense to A.O. Rooke's claim that the Rapid Evening could break the Apostolos line of defense.

Lucia is the daughter of Cynosure Whitestar-Kesh, the Peaceful Princept.^[2]

She wears a black military jacket with red leggings and gold trim.^[3]
