Lucia Whitestar is a high-ranking general in Stel Kesh, a member of House Whitestar, and the daughter of Cynosure Whitestar-Kesh.[Note 1]
Appearance
She wears a black military jacket with red leggings and gold trim.[1]

Lucia is Clementine’s peer, an emerging strategic genius, and eighth in line to the throne of the Princept. She leads the operation to breach Fort Icebreaker.[2] She takes some offense to A.O. Rooke's claim that the Rapid Evening could break the Apostolos line of defense.
