The Blough City Police Department is even more uncaring, corrupt, and violent towards the population of Blough City than the Bluff City police are, if you can believe it.
Mysterious Phenomenon Department[edit | edit source]
A subdivision of the police also known as "the Myst". It was developed after the parade to hunt down those with superpowers who break the law and employed both unpowered and superpowered individuals. It is implied that at least some of those employed who had superpowers were only working for the Myst under duress.
