Euanthe Akakios Themistokles is the oldest child of House Pelagios and therefore the heir to the role of Apokine.

During the Golden War, they were assigned to a front line military position, while their other siblings were assigned positions meant to keep them safer. Euanthe was seriously injured and hospitalized, and Cassander, the youngest, was selected as the heir. At the end of the war, Euanthe recovered enough to retake the heirship.

They are invested in their role as heir to the Apostolosian Empire. During their parent's funeral after the Golden Demarchy overtakes the empire, they wear their heir's sash and make no direct acknowledgement of either of their siblings. At the dinner in "A Splintered Branch, A Ringing Bell Pt. 2", they wear their formal military uniform.
