The September Institute is a secretive university for the development of Strati, headed by Provost-Regent Twelfth. It is located in Mode City on the planet September.
It was founded by Maryland September and Ibex after Service left September. The institute would advance various anti-Divine projects, like the creation of Voice and artificial Strati, using a combination of Apostolosian and Diasporan tech.
The institute actually teaches from junior high to postgraduate levels. It divides its students into houses with separate dorms and uniforms: House Rosemoon, House Whitestar, House Goldslate, and EarthHome Presents: House Blueworld. House Rosemoon is for the "best" strati, and also has the highest expectations for the students. House Whitestar is for diplomats, politicians and people from outside of Golden Branch OriCon culture. House Goldslate is for non-Strati locals to September. House Blueworld is for artists, creators and performers, many of whom go on to produce OriCon propaganda.
