Julian H Bluff is a local Atlantic City boy turned child star turned auteur film director.

As a child, he rose to fame on a sitcom where his catchphrase was “It wasn’t me!”,

After finding fame, Julian returned to Bluffington Beach in his mid-20s (25 or 26) to bring investment back to the town by starting a production company, Bluff City Studios. Although he outwardly had good intentions, the land Bluff City Studios was built on had previously been government housing.

When seen in The Moving Pictures he is wearing a scarf and reading glasses.
