Jesset City is a lieutenant in the Oxblood Clan. Before he worked for Oxblood, he was employed by Adamant Arms and Manufacturing.

He served as a support unit & on-site repairs for Oxblood in Obelle.[1] After that mission, he became a rising star in Oxblood.[2] In Orzen, he posed as "Jeremiah Cateye" and solidified his status as a leader.[3]
