As a podcast with an enthusiastic fan base, Friends at the Table fans have created many fandom events, zines and memes around the podcast.

Due to the first episodes of Marielda containing jokes around the phrase "It's train day!", the fandom has adopted Train Day as the nickname for the day when a new episode of the podcast comes out (Usually Thursdays or Fridays, depending on the timezone).
