The Carnival of Moted Light is a traveling carnival carried by an endless sandstorm. Anything caught in the sandstorm as it moves is conscripted into working at its next destination. The carnival has many classic attractions: bright lights, snacks, games, a roller coaster (this one is called the Flying Jaunt), a carousel, a ferris wheel, a big top, clowns, acrobats, and so on. It is associated with the Course.
In Blackwick, it conscripts some members of the Caravan of the Coin, some of the Toll Collectors, and Chantilly Scathe. Dyre Owed also chooses to play along.
