Carlay de la Carta is an assassin for the Ordennan Impetus and a spy for the Ordennan Dissent.
Appearance
Carlay has pretty, fine features and a square chin. They look as if they could be related to Hella, with her same brown skin and red hair.
They dress in the black and gold of Ordenna, and have the clothes of a courtier rather than a soldier.
Personality
Carlay is deeply loyal to Ordenna and believes in its ability to be a civilizing force on Hieron, despite their opposition to Fela Malle's regime.
