The Blough City Boardwalk is "an endless walkway of dead wood". It has a strict midnight curfew.
Like Bluff City, it is a tourism-focused area, with amusement piers, pizzerias, movie houses, gambling halls, and tourist shops which have been built from converted residential homes.
