The Black Century is the infamous retinue of the Divine Motion, sometimes called the "Apostolosian spear". Each member of this 100-person company serves for 100 years. Motion guarantees them this service; though they may die, she will revive them until their time is up.

The Black Century is always surrounded by a grey fog, summoned by Motion from the Perennial Wave. Even their mechs look undead, all scratched up with loose joints and holes that should render them inoperable. They field Zenith-A Kosmos units and AdArm Cackles and Wakes, although Motion and her elect inhabit a Zenith-A Pneuma.
