Aram Nideo is a religious official of the Divine Fleet and Divine Free States and the founder of the Divine Principality.

Appearance

When ⸢Signet⸣ meets with Nideo in "The Beloved Dust", he is wearing a muted green robe, a headwrap that opens up to a cylinder running left to right atop his head, and facepaint.[1]

History and Involvement

Initially, his role is to directly oversee ⸢Signet⸣'s work with the Resonant Orbit.[1] He begins to rise in power after the kidnapping of the Cadent, becoming a prominent war hawk[2] and a chief bureaucrat of the Divine Free States.

After the Divine Free States and Rapid Evening flee the Mirage, Nideo is instrumental in their unification as the Divine Principality.[3] He becomes the Resolute Regent and writes the Many Stars Argument or "Nideo Thesis", which would become the foundation of Asterism. The cultural remnant of the Divine Free States enveloped in the Principality is named for him and his line: Stel Nideo.[4]

He is posthumously made a Divine, and called Privign after the Resonant Orbit Divine of the same name.[5]
