They are a Columnar synthetic with multiple rolling, wheeled legs, like a smaller-scale variation on the legs of Icebreaker Prime.
History and Involvement
They are stationed on the Brink and evidently tasked with apprehending or killing Lament. They intercept and shoot at her just after her assassination of Knighton Reach, and Lament's reaction indicates that this is not their first such encounter.[1]
